After our breakfast at hotel in Tanger we will drive towards Chefchaouen,but first We will stop before in Tetouan. Continue our way to Chefchaouen In the afternoon you will have free time to discover the beautiful Chefchaouen ” Bleu city”. Here you will spend a night in a nice accommodation with a panoramic view that allows you to enjoy the breeze and the beauty of the nature. Overnight at Riad.
After your breakfast in the riad our authentic journey will start towards volubilis crossing via wazan and other rif villages, in volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroocan history. After the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city where we will stop for lunch and hang around the historical huge walls of the medina, bab el mansour and enjoy a visit of Moulay ismail shrine. After we will drive directly to Fes city where you will spend the night. Night in your Riad in the medina of fez.
You will have a guided tour to discover the medina and the famous Souks of Fes – its narrow cobbled streets are filled with ancient mosques and towering green-glazed minarets.. You will visit the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Fes. The tour will include a visit to the tannery and the ceramics cooperative to see the traditional Moroccan crafts, after you visited the beautiful city of fez with your local guide, you will free afternoon, Over Night in Your Riad in the medina .
After breakfast we will depart for Merzouga through the Middle Atlas region. We will drive through Ifrane. Afte continue to Midelt where we will have lunch. We will then follow the Ziz River through the valley and stop to see the Ziz Gorges on our way to Merzouga. From here we reach Er Rachidia and then Erfoud,famous for its date festival and fossils, and to the famous Dunes of Erg Chebbi. After a welcoming glass of tea in a Guest House near the dunes, we will ride the camels to see the sunset over the dunes and spend the night in the desert camp. We will have a traditional tagine dinner, drink delicious mint tea, listen to traditional berber music while watching the stars and the rising moon in the amazing Sahara desert. Night in Desert Camp.
If you wake up early, you can watch the spectacle of the sunrise, when the color of the dunes and the play of shadows are an awesome sight. In this etapada, live first hand all the culture and the Berber hospitality. We will make the return of the dunes, visiting the village of Khamlia, known as the town of blacks, former slaves from Mali, famous for its music. Continuraremos our way by ancient tracks of the “Paris-Dakar Rally” to visit the abandoned village of Mfiss and mines of the kholl. We will take a tea with the desert nómdas and pass by desert plateaus to reach the oasis of Tiserdmin. After lunch, we will continue road to our Hotel in Merzouga, . In the dunes, you can take advantage of the rest of afternoon for walking or admire the sunset. Dinner and accommodation in the hotel.
After breakfast you can walk in the dunes before leaving Rissani is the ancient capital of Tafilalet. Then we travel towards Toudgha gorges for lunch. The road passes through Tinjdad and the Toudgha Valley. Here there are plenty of opportunities to walk, such as along the river through the gardens or up the road on the other side of the gorges. we will drive through the Valley of the Roses, famous for its Rose Festival in 5th to 9th of May, and past the kasbahs of Amridil in Skoura Palm, In the afternoon we arrive to Ouarzazatte we drop off you at your hotel.
Today we will departure to Marrakech, before we leave Ouarzazate we will visit the most important places sites that city has and then the route goes on to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a World Heritage site and the backdrop for many Hollywood blockbusters. It is the most famous Ksar in Morocco. From there the road continues to Telouet, along the new asphalted road. When we arrived to Marrakech we will meet our local guide to discover Marrakech, a city famous for its Jemaa el Fna, which will occupy much of our time: an amalgam of aromas, sounds and sensations unique. The city also has plenty of places you wander and enjoy: Gardens Majorelle, Menara, Tombs Saadianas, walks or the mellah medina, the route of the walls and more historical areas of Marrakesh. After we finish our tour guide we drop off you at your accommodation.
